Known for his steady leadership and meticulous operational insight, Stuart oversees key areas of Clearview’s aircraft management, flight operations, and client experience. His oversight ensures strict operational standards with precise planning, controlled execution, and disciplined procedures.
A graduate of Haverford College and The New York Law School, Stuart holds a Juris Doctor with a focus in corporate and commercial law, giving him a unique ability to navigate the regulatory, contractual, and client‑service dimensions of private aviation with clarity and confidence. His background bridges operational execution with strategic decision‑making, supporting both day‑to‑day performance and long‑term company growth.
Stuart plays a central role in Clearview’s expansion, including the rollout of new Jet Card and Loyalty programs. He is recognized for translating complex operational requirements into seamless, intuitive experiences for aircraft owners and charter clients alike.
Stuart’s leadership helps define Clearview’s standard of excellence as the company continues to grow its fleet, capabilities, and standing within the luxury aviation sector.

Clearview Aviation Corp. is a vertically integrated Aircraft Management and Private Jet Charter Consulting Company. All managed aircraft are under the operational control of their FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers. All Flight Services are arranged on-demand as requested by Client in accordance with Client’s flight requirements. All Flight Services are provided by FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers on aircraft under their operational control (“Affiliated Air Carrier and Aircraft”) and other FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers on aircraft under their operational control (“Other Carrier and Aircraft”). Affiliated Air Carrier and Aircraft and Other Carrier and Aircraft are collectively referred to herein as “Aircraft” and are not operated or owned by Clearview.
