All Flight Services are provided by FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers on aircraft under their operational control (“Affiliated Air Carrier and Aircraft”) and other FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers on aircraft under their operational control (“Other Carrier and Aircraft”). Affiliated Air Carrier and Aircraft and Other Carrier and Aircraft are collectively referred to herein as “Aircraft” and are not operated or owned by Clearview.
